STORY: The theme of the contest was "Mephis Festa Fiesta" -based on Play Imaginative's vinyl figures (designed
by Touma) and of coz i'd attempt to adapt it into 1/6th! LOL (*Technically this is a 1/2-custom + 1/2-kitbash*)
